Switch Timezones with Clock Changes

I want to be able to switch sub-account timezones when daylight savings take effect and also when the clocks get back - both individually and all in a go (manually and also using an automated switch).
I want clients to always consider the timezone in effect and not stick to one time all year so could this be made possible?

YES!!! Company and Profile Time zones should automatically update when there are time zone changes, for example when London moves from GMT+0 to GMT+1
If someone books this week for a session next week, and then the timezone changes, the system struggles to reflect this. The calendar should be able to identify the timezone change and update accordingly.
