The CRM clearly has great features, but it is SUPER buggy. Things constantly not loading properly is a big problem. Giving demos to clients or simply establishing trust and quality in the first few weeks of a client using the system as SaaS is difficult when they're confused as to why nothing works without glitches.

Honestly this software is amazing but it's full of bugs. Loading times are very long.
Page turn grey and unclickable..
loading sub account just to stay on the same sub account.
Clients Complain about software not working and stuck on loading..
Please stop trying to compete when the BASICS are not working properly.
Please FOCUS YOUR TIME ON IMPROVING THE SOFTWARE ITSELF. it is tiring to get those complains and improvements are not happening.
