Subscription Center - unsubscribe options for subscribers
upcoming

Many bulk email platforms have a "subscription center" that people are taken to when unsubscribing. It lets the subscriber choose which campaigns to unsubscribe from, or system emails, or all.
Right now it's a very aggressive DND option which leads to a lot of unintentional unsubscribes from things they still wanted such as invoices and appointment alerts etc.

Ability to include list to be EXCLUDED from the email

Ability to include list to be EXCLUDED from the emails without having to create a bran new smart list. So example, INCLUDE All Subscribe List but EXCLUDE from that list all those that have received an email in the past 3 days (this could be a separate list) OR those that have signed up for a webinar...

If DND is set by unsubscription, all transactional emails such as reservation confirmations sent from workflows will not be delivered. I faced this issue many times.
Also, the unsubscription page for LC emails needs to be customizable. Many of my clients do not understand English.
I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible.

Make trigger links work in "Customize Unsubscribe Content"
J

I want to put a "manage subscription" link next to the main "unsubscribe" link that's at the bottom of every email.
Using a trigger link works fine if I put it in the body of the email or using a template.
But it does not work if I add it in the global "Customize" area for the Unsubscribe message.
At the moment if I put a trigger link there it has some unexpected behaviour.
If the link is ALSO used in the email elsewhere, it works correctly in the unsubscribe message.
But if the trigger link is not mentioned in the email anywhere else, it does not work in the unsubscribe area and instead links to "%20%20".
I would to use the trigger link here so that I can make subscription management easier.
It would be easier to manage and makes sense if this would work.

Email Unsubscribe from ONLY 1 Newsletter
If user is subscribed to multiple Newsletters and they unsubscribe. I need a way to have them select which newsletter to unsubscribe from or be able to look at a tag.
Ability to tag Campaigns to track this would be awesome

Exclude a tag in email campaign

Add a function to exclude tags when sending a campaign.
Use case: You have a new product and contacts are on the waiting list for it. You now want to announce the new product to everyone and not send the content to the people on the waiting list.

I was just about to create a new idea request, but found this one! Here's what my post said:
I'd love more control over email recipients when setting up an email campaign. Currently, we're able to choose contacts, smart lists, and tags, but there are instances where I want to send an email to a smart list, EXCEPT people who have a certain tag.
I'd like to be able to set those filters while setting up the email because (a) I don't want to leave the email editor to modify the smart list to exclude those people (b) I don't want to necessarily HAVE to modify the smart list or create a new one just for the one email campaign.
In short, I'd like more granular control + filtering options over email campaign recipients, and I want to be able to set up the filtering while choosing the recipients of that email.
