Right now it's three clicks for every dial. Make it one. Move the "How did the call go?" buttons to the same position as the red phone used to hang up. User can select one of the four options to hang up. Skip the timer unless the user selects the "Completed" option which would be the only option they would want to pause on. Perhaps make it configurable in settings so the user can select streamline vs original and/or allow a configurable pause time.
