Secure Subaccount Contact Information from Agency Admin / Users

We need the option to have contact information remain confidential. We work in insurance industry and our clients, and specifically users who are independent financial advisors would like the option for agency admin and users NOT to have access to client data, specifically contact information.

Yes, I have had an attorney ask for something similar. In his case, he would like to block other users from seeing notes. The ability to set permissions on various contact components would be great.
