I'd love to see a feature within the CRM that visually displays scheduled jobs on an interactive map (like Google Maps), with pins for each job location. This would not only enhance the user experience aesthetically but also provide practical value.
Ideally, this map would:
- Show current and upcoming jobs as pins on the map.
- Calculate and display distances between jobs.
- Help with route optimisation and planning (especially for field teams).
- Integrate with the calendar view, so I can visually manage time and travel.
This would significantly improve job scheduling efficiency, time management, and reduce travel time between appointments, especially for service-based businesses that handle multiple visits per day.

This would be huge for service based businesses. I had a client request this feature a while back, and I built them a map like this, but it would be way better natively.

It's absolutely necessary. The only thing that really needs to be an option is to optimize appointments based on the user's location. It connects to the Google Maps API, checks if the appointment is close to any of the ones on Robin's calendar, and readjusts the appointments based on the availability of available slots. That would be great!

This would also be useful for any business that needs to go to a clients house such as a personal tutor, a fitness coach, a private chef, an event planner etc.
