Had a demo today with a client who said that the UI isn't interesting to him, and lacks colours, icons, emojis, visual clues etc. Didn't have much to say back. Can we make the UI consistent, playful and fun to interact with - similar to most apps they interact with in daily life such as Notion etc.?
It should provide a richer client experience and help attract more clients and reduce churn.

YES! The UI NEEDS to be modifiable by the agency for each sub account as needed with an option to allow the sub account to customize it themselves. Such an incredible and complex software would benefit so much if it could be made easy to use and attractive to the user. - This is a NO BRAINER and I can't believe there aren't a 1000 requests for this.
