Right now there isn't a way to really print out conversations. Every email platform has a feature that allows you to print out the thread in case you have to use it in court or something like that. We need that kind of functionality within GHL as well since some of us use it for all communications. Right now we have to take a million screenshots which looks unprofessional.

As a business, we often need this capability. I need to export a full conversation with one of my clients and present it in a legally defensible format, but there’s currently no way to export a complete audit trail.

How can't we print a conversation? It's very useful to prove there was a whole conversation with a customer when they file a chargeback to the credit card issuer.

rapid dev I've tried this app and it doesn't work like you say it does. It's says it lets you put a contact id to export only that conversation but it still exports all conversations with all contacts for the given time period

This is important. How use in court cases I need to print emails as well as save them to pdf as evidence. screenshots are not good for long emails and copy and pasting isn't ideal either
