Possibility to use the same custom field in Contact and Opportunities

Having the possibility to toggle a custom field as relevant for contacts and opportunities at the same time. We often have CFs that are relevant to the contact (like Informations from a form as qualification questions) which would be awesome to be able to show in the opportunities without having to setup a matching CF for the Opportunity Area and send the informations through a workflow to the opportunity. Maybe as a Checkbox like (Show in Opportunity Cards) or something like this.

This is so basic that it's absurd. For example, I should also be able to create a dropdown menu that is able to read from existing fields/values. Say I have a client with 10 properties and they have us doing 5 for a specific season. I should be able to create an opportunity and have a multi-select dropdown that allows me to select the 5 properties.
