I've been using description in the contacts "additional Info" for "Not to be lost within the timeline" notes.

Additionally, we should allow for automations to run when notes are pinned.

Yes please! Ocassionally we fire a client and we want this to be front and center for the future in case that customer reaches out for new work.

I see this seemed to drop off over a year ago so I want to add a note to show there is still an interest in making something like this happen. Pinning notes or being able to sort them would be a great addition to the panel.

YES! I write a ton of notes on all of my contacts but often times need a quick reference to review before calling - it'd be so much simpler to quickly reference a note pinned to the top

Pinning notes would be great. Sometimes I need to access a note for a project and then I can let it fall back in the pile of notes, but during the project, I'd like it to be front and center.

Love this! I paste clickable links in notes frequently, but then they do end up getting buried, so pinning them on top would be awesome.
