Pin a specific note to the top. Would be great to have an easily accessible note at the top of the notes list to include links associated with the contact or opportunity, as urls are not clickable in custom fields.

Being able to put special instructions that support needs to know immediately, gives them an advantage when dealing with a client; even while still reviewing the other notes.

I've been using description in the contacts "additional Info" for "Not to be lost within the timeline" notes.

Additionally, we should allow for automations to run when notes are pinned.

Yes please! Ocassionally we fire a client and we want this to be front and center for the future in case that customer reaches out for new work.
