By design GHL has a 2 way sync with attached Outlook and Gmail accounts. The issue is there are many instances that a company does not want its entire personal email account open to all employees in the system. Use case. A manger, owner, director needs to email their attorney or other more private matter. This communication should not be able to be seen by all uses in the GHL account. Is there any way to do a 1 way sync, so that if an email is sent from the private account it will stay out of the GHL system, but all emails sent within GHL would be 2 way synced or at least those would stay within GHL?
