The current process for Upgrading / Downgrading / Cancelling a customers subscription is outdated.We need an option within their settings / billing profile for them to do this via one click integrated with Stripe and Paypal. Where their plan changes accordingly without us having to do this manually.This makes for a better user experience and would save us a lot of time.
