I'd love to see a feature within the CRM that visually displays scheduled jobs on an interactive map (like Google Maps), with pins for each job location. This would not only enhance the user experience aesthetically but also provide practical value.
Ideally, this map would:
  • Show current and upcoming jobs as pins on the map.
  • Calculate and display distances between jobs.
  • Help with route optimisation and planning (especially for field teams).
  • Integrate with the calendar view, so I can visually manage time and travel.
This would significantly improve job scheduling efficiency, time management, and reduce travel time between appointments, especially for service-based businesses that handle multiple visits per day.
