I just reviewed the Platformly CRM tool and was extremely impressed with the clean organization of their CRM tracking. I think its worth looking at to simplify the interface of HL. I have always found the look and feel of the page overwhelming. I did not have that experience reviewing Platformly. Thanks and happy new year!

I agree that the CRM interface is too confusing and jumbled. The UI is weird, too. Some changes/fields require a manual Save, and some do not. Inconsistency breeds customer confusion. I don't have time to review Platformly, but the interface needs work.

It's difficult to read the various items (calls, emails, etc.) in a contact's timeline. Also, most CRMs have the most recent items at the top, whereas Highlevel places them at the bottom.
