Hello. There is a major improvement that needs to happen in GOHL regarding Instagram DMs received from contacts.

The instagram Handle or identifier has to be created and assigned to the contact when that new contact is created, otherwise this create several problems:

All of these create a new contact ( Instagram DMs are usually very different to real full names) So you end up with duplicate contacts all the time regardless. Very bad for high volume business

Cannot start DM conversations from GOHL even if you know the persons instagram handle or they have provided it.

Inability to create workflows or proactively requests customers Instagram information through sign up forms. Even if you create a custom field, GOHL will not recognize it as valid information to start a DM conversation.

The instagram handle or identifier has to be in high level under the contact if the contact has contacted you through DM. I am guessing this is already in the backend of high level?

why is it not exposed to the front end ? it would be EXTREMELY useful.
