Login email and user email differentiation and differentiated access per sub account

I have multiple users who require access to multiple sub accounts. At the moment, the only way is to have them log into each sub account in seperate browsers. It would be sooo amazing to have an over arching log in email address then each sub account have their user address match the sub account and then the ability to give different access to each sub account for the 1 user.
For example, I have a user who has her own sub account for her own business where she is admin and her email address for workflows etc is user@subaccount1.com, then she does some work for another sub account where she is a user with limited access and email address there is user@subaccount2.com. Right now, she must log in via 2 browsers as there is no way for her to access both accounts from the same log in.
another example - I (agency owner) have 2 of my own sub accounts and I have to have a user per sub account with the accurate email address to match. I am lucky as an agency owner that I can easily switch between users but if I couldn't this would drive me nuts.
I hope this is something planned for the future as it's a common scenario and completely bonkers to have to have so many log ins.

Trying to access other sub-accounts is a nightmare. We have to log out ... log back in ... and sometimes create separate email accounts so we can log in. Other systems have a delegated access feature, or Google uses an MCC number (like an agency ID#), so we can just give a customer our ID, and "boom," we are in. There is team access through this ID as well. Super simple, rather than adding users, etc.

I'd love a section in the user profile to have 'account email' but where they can still log in via there main email. This would give a differentiated email per sub account for the 1 user.
