Incorrect DND actions

The system has been incorectly DND ing messages for a long time. 3 major ways
- The wrong messages... Today someone sent me a 👍 and GHL marked the person DND
- Yesterday I manually removed a random tag and it DND the contact and said the contact opted for it but they did not
- in the past I have manually turned on a single DND channel and it DND on all channels. Then I have to remove all DND, THEN I go back to add the one channel DND it it will work
MAJOR MAJOR problems here. This has been broken for a long time and seems to be getting worse. If not worse then it is at the least a continued problem.

Same issues and more. it's NEVER been fixed. it says client opted out, but we have full convos with the client. Then boom randomly GHL marks them DND. No automation or Phone validator. GHL has no idea whats going on and niehter does anyone else. Fix this. All accounts are seeing this.

We can't even disable text messaging DND for a contact, even though they've never opted out of anything. It's very frustrating

Yes! This is a real problem, we are having so many DND's enabled by 'customer', meanwhile it is NOT due to a 30004 error code (where customer is actually opting out with a trigger word)
