One thing that would massively improve daily usability in GoHighLevel is better keyboard-first navigation across all sections, especially Contacts, Tasks, and Pipelines.

Right now, many workflows require unnecessary mouse usage. For power users working fast, this adds friction.

What’s missing / could be improved:

Consistent Tab → Next Field behavior when creating or editing contacts, tasks, notes, or opportunities

Clear and predictable tab order (no jumping to random fields or buttons)

Ability to submit / save with Enter where it makes sense

Keyboard shortcuts for common actions (create task, add note, save contact, next deal, etc.)

Autofocus on the first logical input field when modals open

Full keyboard support across all forms, not only some sections

Why this matters:

Faster workflows for sales & ops teams

Better accessibility

Less fatigue from constant mouse switching

Power users can move significantly faster with fewer errors

This is not about adding new features, it’s about polishing the core daily experience.

A keyboard-friendly, low-mouse workflow would be a huge quality-of-life upgrade across the entire platform.

Would love to see this prioritized.
