Hide WordPress notifications setting when WordPress re-selling is off

WordPress notifications settings still show even if WordPress re-selling is turned off for the sub-account here https://app.gohighlevel.com/v2/location/{location-id}/settings/profile?show=notification
Obviously an oversight to be showing notification options for something if it is not available.

Now it is in the staff/user settings too... This is really a nightmare for those of us who don't want to resell Wordpress.
