GoHighLevel is a great CRM for agencies, especially because it allows agencies to manage their clients within the same system. However, from my experience, clients often struggle to use it because the UI feels too complicated.

The functionality is great, but the overall experience could be much faster, cleaner, and more intuitive. For example, HubSpot feels very responsive and logical when navigating between different parts of the CRM.

As an agency that works with many different tools, my first impression is that GHL is behind when it comes to design and user experience. The same applies to the GHL website. The product itself is powerful, but the UI should feel faster, cleaner, and more logical especially for clients who aren’t using the system every day.
