It's not a huge deal, but there's a bunch of places throughout the system where the display text has grammatical/punctuation issues. I haven't had anyone complain about it, but I worry that it seems unprofessional to my clients. I'll add more examples as I encounter them.
The first one that comes to mind is the Missed Call Text Back. I know you can change the default text, but I shouldn't have to. To make it grammatically correct, it should read, "Hi, this is {{location.name}}. I saw that we just missed your call. How can I help?"
