The recent overhaul of Go High Level’s (GHL) support system is a massive step backward. What used to be a simple and effective process has turned into a frustrating, time-wasting experience. It's time we demand a return to the old system that worked so well.
The New System: More Hassle, Less Help
Previously, getting support was easy—just one click and you’d be in a Zoom call, greeted by a host, and quickly sent to a breakout room. Now, we’re forced to go through an AI chatbot that delays help and adds confusion. After waiting for over 10 minutes just to get a Zoom link, I found myself bounced between different rooms with no explanation. At one point, I was talking to a support rep, and the next minute, they vanished. After explaining my issue, I was randomly kicked into a group call that wasn’t even being managed.
This convoluted system wastes valuable time and is more of a headache than a help.
The Old System: Simple and Reliable
The previous system was efficient and straightforward. With one click, you were instantly connected with a host and placed in the right breakout room. It was quick, reliable, and most importantly, human. The new AI-driven process? It’s buggy, unpredictable, and frustrating. Users now spend more time fighting the system than getting the support they need.
We Need the Old System Back
The time and productivity lost to this broken support system is unacceptable. Business owners and marketers rely on fast, dependable help, and this current setup is doing more harm than good.
GHL, please bring back the old system. It worked, it was reliable, and it respected our time. This new AI experiment is a failure, and we need the support we once had. Let’s roll back to what worked and make support efficient again.
