GHL does not allow replies to emails added by a customer to an ongoing email chain in the GHL CRM system.

When using the GHL Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, if a customer includes additional emails in an ongoing email conversation, the system does not permit users to respond directly to these newly included emails.
The most confusing part is that there are the "Reply to" and "Reply to all" button on the CRM. But if these contacts were added by the contact, then the reply fails to reach them...
