Folders in Agency Admin for Sub-Accounts

Can we create folders somehow in the agency settings for sub accounts? For example, if I have a company that has several sub-contractors that have their own account, it would be nice to put them all under that company folder.

User permissions by folder. So a user with broad admin privileges in folder C might have very limited user privileges in folder D.

I would appreciate this enhancement for my inactive/paused/potential accounts which are useful to me in some way but mean I have to scroll quite far to find my active customers!

Equally if not more important are my various agency and test/demonstration accounts. I don't want to be required to scroll past those every time I am looking for my active client accounts.

I also have accounts that are pro-bono or acts-of-service which I want to group separately from my full-price paying clients.

Shaun Clark, is this feature part of the plan for Core Platform enhancements during 2025?
Significantly, being able to put my (DFY) agency service clients in a folder at the top of my account list would optimize my ability to switch between them when providing services without having to scroll past all the SaaS/DIY accounts in the list.

An example use-case. I want to turn on the new Task UI for my accounts. But accounts that are inactive or paused aren't important. Test accounts and demonstration accounts aren't critical. I want to update all my SaaS clients, then my agency clients, then pro bono client accounts. The SaaS mode filter is only a partial solution, especially since I cannot right-click the Switch to Sub-Account button. Shivam HighLevel

On the ideas board/roadmap, could we get a category/categories for agency-level administration & suggestions regarding management of the ideas board?
This suggestion does not fit in the categories App Marketplace, SaaS Mode, Prospecting Tool, Onboarding (well, maybe this one)...

This would really help to organize and group sub-accounts. Our agency wants to start selling our SaaS product, however, we have marketing clients using our system and we would like to be able to group all SaaS accounts together.

Thank you for the idea. Can’t the sub account owners just change it themselves though? That seems to be what happens. And a set of folders would really clean up my list view of accounts.

What about using a naming convention that uses the alphbetical order to have the sub accounts come under the main.
Ex: 001 Main - (Account Name)
001 Sub - (Account Name)
001 Sub - (Account Name)
002 Main - (Account Name)
002 Sub - (Account Name)

John Demitri, Because the Sub-Account/Location name is tied to Friendly Business name which is visible to the public.

John Demitri There are no account tiers within the agency account. There are only accounts. Not accounts and sub-accounts. (Subaccount is a misnomer.)
