It would be great if we could have filters for contacts based on Last Opened Email THAT WOULD FILTER PROPERLY. The filter is available but NOT RELIABLE.

In the image attached, I have selected the LAST EMAIL OPENED DATE, and filtered for MORE THAN 300 DAYS AGO.

The first results is a contact that has opened... all of our emails.

How can I manage my contact with filters that DO NOT WORK?
