Problem
There is currently no way to flag critical account-level instructions for agency reps to see at a glance. Important information such as account disputes, payment arrangements, and special handling instructions gets buried in general notes and is easy to miss during client interactions.
Proposed Solution
Add a dedicated High Priority Notes section at the sub-account level that is manageable by Agency Admins and is visually distinct such as a pinned banner or alert indicator at the top of the account view so it is immediately visible to any rep accessing the account.
