Can we get a quick view of what actions performed (or not!) by a contact accumulated the score - and maybe then use those actions as triggers in workflows to fire off other actions. There is some overlap expected I guess.

It would be helpful (and I think pretty easy) to have multiple scores with multiple criteria to give more precise insights. For example, how likely is someone to engage, but then how likely is someone to purchase?
