The engagement score should be a selectable column in the contacts display and should be displayed on the individual contact record.

Displaying only on the conversations tab isn't useful.

Hi everyone, contact engagement score is currently available at the contact details page and smartlist level as well. Along with that, we have introduced workflow triggers and action to manage engagement scores. Please check them out and if you have any questions, reach out to us. Thank you.

The score should also be usable in filters, accessible as an automation trigger, and be able to be manipulated by automation steps.
