I’m a travel business owner and I regularly host group trips where the final payment is due by a specific date (e.g. March 1, 2026). Clients can join the trip at any time; some a year in advance and others just a few months before.

What I need is a way to automatically calculate monthly payments based on the client’s join date and the fixed final due date. Right now, the subscription charges a flat rate and doesn’t adjust the number of payments based on when someone signs up which means I have to manually adjust the product amount each month based on their join date.

I’d love a feature that allows:

Set total balance

Set final due date

System auto-divides balance into equal monthly installments based on join date

Payments auto-charge monthly like a subscription but the amount adjusts based on when they booked
