#1: HL should offer push notifications to users so they can get a heads-up on desktop when things happen (e.g., new lead received, new web chat message, etc.)
#2: HL should support web-push notifications for HL built websites and allow account users to send push notifications to their subscribers (e.g., "Big sale on widgets today! Tap to see what's available."
