they just plop onto the top level folder, even if a folder is selected in the Add Custom Value form. This has been current for about a week since the posting of this (12/5/2026).

Edit: works if you are not currently in a folder. However if you are in a folder, and create a new CV, it chooses the current folder automatically, and this is when it does not function correctly.
