Many people email us directly and there is currently no way to create an organization, a contact and bring the email content into GHL.

Agreed. We need to at least have the option to toggle the sync for ALL incoming emails on or offer for a user.

I received in writing from GHL rep Javier Valdivieso, that what the industry expects a two way synch to deliver (like I've used on Active Campaign, Zoho and Salesforce with an Add-In to Outlook etc) would be by the end of Dec. It hasn't been and when I chased it up, I was told more lies. It's false advertising during the sales process and just lies when working with Support and their managers. For B to B users, mostly using Outlook, it's an inferior clunky workaround at best. Such a big massive shame and low integrity. Is Google paying GHL to NOT get this right for Outlook?

Great! All the leading CRM systems have this... I set up automation for most things and then have to go and manually copy name, surname, phone, email and other information. That's very frustrating.
Please consider still retrieving all contact information from email. When there is additional contact information in the body of the email, such as when someone emails you someone else's contact information.
