Currently, conversations are assigned to the contact, where all users of the sub-account can have access if it is not marked as only seeing what was assigned to them, however, if each user could see only the conversation that was dealt with within the opportunity, it would be much better, since the same lead that arrives as a first purchase now, can make a new purchase next month... and depending on the funnel, there may be sensitive information to be seen by other sectors...
