Hi all, When we drill into a contact the activity columb/tab on the right shows their digital footprint on the webpages. If it can include also all the emails they opened and clicked on things that would be amazing. Active Campaign already has that ability. Having that UX/UI I feel is mich needed to make the CRM/Contact managing component in GHL even better.

The ability to use an API to add contact behavior would be an absolute game changer. This is needed ASAP.

REALLY want this ability! This ability would allow us to use API to track contacts' behavior anywhere (as long as we could pass an event to the API). Tie this into your Zapier integration and then WOW would this become an insanely powerful CRM.

+1. At the moment we're looking into creating Notes over the API to track activity but it would be much better if we could add events to the activity feed directly.

It would be nice if activity tab showed all activity (notes, tasks, appointments, etc)

Yes! This is the single most serious shortcoming of the CRM, if you are a sales person, or anyone dealing with customers and prospects. We need to see ALL types of activties integrated in one chronological timeline (sortable by most recent or oldest). Default should be All kinds of activities in timeline including: Activity (as currently shown), Tasks, Notes, Emails, SMS, and a new kind of user-generated activity so we can log phone calls and conversations, or visits, or documents sent, or sales, etc. I want my entire history with my customer on view at glance. Or to filter and see just the sales transactions, etc.

In other CRMs I've used I was able to view when an email was read by the recipient, as well as how many times and the most recent date/time it was opened. See screenshot below...This found be GREAT to be able to quickly and easily see that when viewing a Contact's communication history.

it would be great to have this feature , that we can track from sending email to their clicks in email body and then from there the funnel foot prints (with all funnel pages they visited) will give more insights and help with more detailed information so it can be tracked and closed accordingly.

vikrant malik: One of the best features as a sales person is when you can get a notification text or email that tells me someone just opened a proposal or email that I've sent. Makes it an easy phone call to follow up right away. Would be great to have a trigger from this.

Yes! Seeing all the activities we have engaged in with each client is critical. As it is now, different kinds of activities (calls, texts, notes, followups, documents sent, sales, etc.) are in differnt places. Yet they are all related. The chronological sequence of interactions between seller and buyer is extremely important. Please create a view of all interactions/activities in chronological date and time order. Enable that chronology to be shown as either earliest activity first, or most recent activity first. Both views are often necessary.

Henry Gilliam [Agency]: Totally agree. This is an issue we deal with that Infusionsoft does not do well either. We have been asking them for years to give us a "Timeline view" to make it so we can understand what is happening with a relationship. There have been times with B2B sales that we have needed to have a Company Timeline view that integrates contacts tied to a company as well. The data is all there. Would just be a merging of all the dates and then having a way to display them in a table or a timeline.

Jason Tonioli: with my partner, I developed a CRM in the early-mid 80s that did just that. This is a building-block feature of what everyone in sales has always wanted and needed. And we invented it around 1983. As a sales person, you just need and want to see what has happened leading up to your call or meeting today. Without that, you are flying blind. Looks like it is arriving in High Level now. But I think the necessity, the value of that sort of data view, is still missing for the people who run HL. Or it would have been given more prominence and priority years ago, and today.

Core Platform: Yes! Thank you! Last activity of some sort would be huge! Exactly what Nick Papps mentioned

Core Platform: Oooh full page website page visit tracking would be great as well so we can see where they've been - and ideally done retrospectively - e.g. if a contact is browsing, then becomes a contact, the info is appended to the existing tracking cookie.
