Other compliance documents

In Agency View, agencies should have a centralized Compliance Manager to create, upload, and manage these documents. Documents could be assigned to all sub-accounts or specific sub-accounts, making it easy to manage different contracts, terms, or policies across hundreds of accounts.

Signed agreements should also be uploadable and accessible directly from the relevant sub-account.

The Compliance Center should also be fully accessible through the LeadConnector app on smartphones and tablets, so users can securely view their legal and compliance documents from any device.

Access should be role-based, ensuring sensitive documents are only visible to authorized users.

This would centralize legal documentation, improve transparency, simplify compliance management, and make it much easier for both agencies and clients to find exactly what they agreed to.
