Neither Tasks nor Manual actions are a complete solution... If Combined,they'd be great.

Manual calls are great as is for people who only have 1 call type as there is no way too include a description of the calls purpose and having to pause calls to look ate notes, converstaions and tasks to attempt to figure out what the Call or SMS is being made defeates the effeciancy and purpose of the manual call action
