Color-Coded Opportunities in Pipelines
J
Joe Merritt
Allow users to highlight opportunities in a pipeline with different colors based on status, priority, or custom conditions. This would make it easier to visually track leads, deals, and tasks at a glance without relying solely on labels or filters.

I've created a custom field that says "Next Follow-Up On:" and then I have a date picker option in that line. We have this displayed on all of the opportunities, but color-coding based on custom criteria would really help to take this function to the next level! I'd like for this to please have a green, yellow, red function that I can set based on on date. A simple functionality of future date = green, current date = yellow, and past date = red would be WONDERFUL!! THanks!!

I'd love to have the cards change color based on how long it has been since they were last contacted. Each company might need their own counts, but a green/yellow/red color code would allow sales reps to quickly see when a lead has been sitting too long and remind them to reach out.

It's very basic not to have colors for each stage, even to help differentiate between users, that would be of great help.

There's something that should have been implemented a long time ago, it would be incredible to have this functionality

Allow Colors for Pipeline Stages

When creating a pipeline stage in opportunity settings, a user should be able to select a color for that pipeline. This color will be used as background for the opportunity card for that specific pipeline.....sisomething like in the screenshot example.

Color Coding Opportunities based on Task Due Dates

Having opportunities change color based on when a task is due. Red if the task is past due, yellow if it is coming up and gray if the task is not due for a while. Having this would help our agents see the tasks they have when they are in the opportunity view so they can better manage their time without having to go to the dashboard.

Color Code based upon Filter

The ability to color code opportunity cards based upon a filter would be useful. Specifically I'm thinking of color coding opportunities based upon time in a certain stage or other variables. Such as when a lead has been in a stage for more than a day or two it turns yellow or red to indicate urgency is needed in dealing with the opportunity/lead.

Aging Time Elapsed for Opportunities (Hours, Days, Etc)

Very glad that we're now able to customize the opportunity cards. But one feature that would be extremely helpful for many of our workflows is a quick view of HOW OLD that opportunity currently is.
We could have a filter for either:
- Since created
- Since last stage/pipeline change
- Since last updated
- Etc
And choose between:
- Minutes
- Hours
- Days
- Etc
Having a warning symbol or color after a user specific amount of time would also be great. Image for reference.
