Custom data objects

A custom object is a set of custom records that supplement standard contact and account records. Custom objects allow you to store additional data in a scalable manner and link that data to a contact or account record.

Here is the one scenario

Our awesome client has a fantastic range of 20 different product models, including TVs, ACs, and more. And guess what? Each of these products comes with some cool accessories like remotes and batteries!

Now, when a lovely customer registers their product, let's say a TV, on our website using a super user-friendly ghl form, we want to make their experience even better by sending them an email with all the awesome accessories that come with their TV.

To make things smoother, we have CDOs (Customer Data Objects) for each product, and these CDOs contain all the necessary accessory data.
