Upvoted. I would love a complete native sales-webinar experience connected to HighLevel's CRM and Workflows.
HighLevel already has Webinar Funnels and native live rooms in Communities. The next step I am asking for is to connect these foundations into one branded webinar journey, including prospects who are not community members: registration → reminders → native broadcast → offer → replay → follow-up.
Welya (https://welya.io/) is a useful product benchmark. Its public site highlights interactive waiting rooms, polls/quizzes, gamified chat, live offer A/B testing and participant-level engagement data. The features I would particularly like HighLevel to support are:
- A native presenter studio inside Webinar Funnels, with screen sharing, co-hosts, moderators and a simple browser join link.
- A branded waiting room with a pre-event questionnaire, plus live chat, Q&A, polls and quizzes.
- Offers displayed at the right moment: native HighLevel checkout or calendar booking, prefilled contact details, A/B offer testing and an end-of-session offer screen.
- A contact-level event history: arrival/departure, watch duration, poll/quiz responses, questions, offer exposure/clicks, bookings and confirmed purchases. Keep a click distinct from a completed payment.
- Workflow triggers and filters for registered, attended, no-show, left before the offer, clicked without buying, booked or purchased; configurable engagement scoring and follow-up tasks.
- Recordings/replays with their own engagement tracking, clearly distinguished from live attendance, plus optional scheduled recorded sessions.
- A dashboard linking attendance and engagement to actual appointments and sales.
Example: after a webinar, a contact who clicked the offer but neither booked nor purchased enters a relevant follow-up, while buyers are excluded automatically. The team can see the person's questions in the CRM before calling.
The objective is to run the entire webinar and its sales follow-up inside HighLevel, without stitching together a separate webinar platform and multiple synchronizations. The Welya features above are based on its public product information, not a hands-on test.
