My clients using Outlook email 2 way sync are randomly getting their 2 way sync EXPIRED. GHL support claims it has to do with Microsoft/Outlook security but my client claims that he NEVER had to re-authorize his outlook email sync with his previous CRM (Freeagentcrm.com) over the course of several years. This makes my agency look REALLY bad. No warning, no notifications that his email was disconnected. I'm VERY surprised this hasn't been addressed. The client says he has been deleting his outlook inbox emails because he believed them to all be saved in the CRM. Come to find they are gone forever. OUCH.
If FreeAgent CRM can offer persistent outlook authorization and integration, then SURELY so can GHL, no? Please fix.
Maybe it's a Auto-Refresh feature they are implementing that Auto-Reauthorizes the integration? Please look into this.
At the VERY least we NEED NOTIFICATIONS that are auto-sent when tokens expire. GHL already does this with Social Account Token Expirations - PLEASE ADD EMAIL TOKEN EXPIRATION.
