Audit logs for changes to contacts

When there are changes to a contact, the audit log mentions the contact ID in the audit log. However, the only way to find out who this contact is, is to open up contacts, open a random contact, then replace the contact ID in the URL with the contact ID from the audit log. This is very time consuming.
I'd love it if there was a button within the audit log that would open up the contact in a new window, so you can go straight from the audit log to the contact, instead of needing so many intermediatory steps.

Audit Logs - Please make these readable

Hello,
There have been many instances where I cannot read who/what if affecting a leads actions/status/etc. because the audit logs attribute an action to either a workflow ID or user ID.
This issue would easily be fixed by replacing the workflow ID with the name of the actual workflow and/or the name of the user that made the change occur.
Same with messaging that goes out automatically via workflow - it would be helpful to see the name of the workflow in the conversation box that the message came from.
This would definitely reduce the amount of times i have to contact a support agent.
Thank you!
