I needed this so many times recently. Can this be reviewed again?

I’d love to be about to add screenshots of things in the notes of my contacts. This would help me keep track of our whole conversation from social media post, comments, personal dms, etc.

Is there a way to make the "Notes" tab bit better?

First off, it's just a plain text widget. It'd be a lot better if it's a WYSIWYG editor (or whatever it's called nowadays), so better notes can be taken for our contacts.

Secondly, the text size is just soooo tiny...

Shaun Clark and team, I know you guys are super busy with all these updates and I love you guys for that...

BUT, please see this as a necessity!!
