Allow Processing Fees to Be Passed to Customers When Using “Charge Now”

Currently, when using the “Charge Now” feature from a contact record in HighLevel, the business is responsible for absorbing the payment processing fee.
HighLevel should add the option to automatically apply the sub-account’s configured Processing Charge when using “Charge Now,” allowing businesses to pass the processing fee on to the customer.
The fee should be clearly displayed before the transaction is processed and added to the total amount charged to the customer. This would create consistency with invoices, payment links, forms, and other HighLevel payment methods that already support Processing Charges.
Many businesses regularly accept payments over the phone or manually charge customers directly from the CRM. Adding Processing Charges to “Charge Now” would help businesses recover transaction costs while keeping the entire payment process inside HighLevel.
