When a sub account is set up, we can set the account's timezone/location. When this is set, the whole sub-account's date formats should automatically reflect the format that corresponds with the location. E.g. UK dd/mm/yyyy. Attached is an example of the date stamp on conversations showing american format, which is extremely confusing to my clients
