Missing Date Time Custom Field

Set Event Start Date is looking for a Date and Time Custom Field, but you can't even create a custom field of type Date/Time despite being asked for 2-3 years ago and being basic to all CRMs.

I want to be able to have a if/else condition that checks how many minutes, hours, days a contact was created ago.
Use case is response rate
Customer replied as trigger, condition if contact was created between 1-3 days ago send down this branch, if 1 hour ago, minutes ago down this branch ect. Or have a native feature that will time stamp a custom field the first time the customer replies via a particular channel, and it can be measured
As of right now custom fields can only be formatted as a date picker and no time is attached to that date.
Also having a custom field that populated created date and time would be nice, unless I'm missing something there is not this feature, I am using a zap right now to update a contact custom field, which is a single line text

Can we have one Date and Time picker field so we don't have to create separate date and time fields? At the moment we have to create a text field for time which is not convenient.

If you use the Date Picker in custom fields, it can only start an event based on the DATE but it should also have TIME. Use case example - I'm using custom date picker to start an event when someone places an online order through a different software so that when someone has a reservation at 2pm, they get sent reminders according to the date AND time

This would be needed for a quote, so a customer wants to be picked up a certain time and wants a quote for limo service.

We'd love to have the ability to compare the contact created date in our workflow so we can trigger further actions from there. Right now only DOB is available at the contact step.

It's not a CRM if it's not possible to create Date Time field on a Contacts...
