Add “Record Appointment” button for automatic transcription and AI summary

Hi team,
It would be amazing to have a simple “Record Appointment” button inside the Contact Profile. This would allow any business, during an in-person meeting or appointment, to record audio directly from GHL and automatically generate:
- a transcription (maybe only downloadable)
- an AI summary saved in notes
Similar to what tools like Otter.ai already do externally, but built directly into HighLevel.
Why this would be a top feature:
- Saves time for any business taking notes during appointments
- Creates consistent and clear summaries without manual typing
- Works for clinics, coaches, consultants, sales meetings, onboarding sessions and any service-based workflow
- Strengthens the CRM with accurate meeting history
- Avoids switching between external apps and HighLevel
Context
I work with AutomateDoctor (https://automatedoctor.com), automating operations for clinics. This feature would be incredibly useful, but it would also benefit any business that needs quick, accurate appointment notes.
Thanks for considering it. This would be a powerful and widely-used enhancement across the entire HighLevel ecosystem.
