Add Contacts Without Email or Phone Number

You can do this in an iPhone or in an address book—or even a Roladex. So, why not HighLevel?

I want to transition out of Make and Zapier and natively into GHL Workflows as much as possible but this one little hiccup is preventing me from doing so
I’m trying to "Create a Contact" in GoHighLevel without an Email or Phone, where only a name and LinkedIn Profile URL are available.
This works without issue in Make and Zapier using their Create Contact actions via API call to GHL. If no email or phone is present, the contact is still created successfully in GHL with name-only data, LinkedIn Profile URL, and all other custom fields I desire to pass through from LinkedIn details to GHL.
However, when using GHL Workflows’ native “Create Contact” action within a workflow and pulling the lead info from a Webhook (9/10 times we don't have email/phone), the step errors out if both Email and Phone are missing. The workflow will not proceed unless at least one of those fields is present.
This appears to be a limitation specific to the native Workflow action, not the API or external integrations.
Are you telling me it's not possible to create a contact without a phone/email?
Why CAN I create a contact without a phone/email natively inside GHL by clicking "Add New Contact" on the contact page but not within a Workflow?
This is silly.
I guess I have to go back to spending $300 a month with Make and Zapier instead of $50 a month with GHL Premium Workflows.

My use case is prospecting with LinkedIn. Sometimes you will only have the LinkedIn profiles, but no email addresses or phone numbers. I do want to track them HL. Interestingly, I can push them, without an email address or phone number from LinkedIn automation tools via Zapier. However, a bulk import will not work -- forcing me to use dummy email addresses just to get the import to work.

You want to add a contact that you have no way to contact?

Dexx you are likely contacting them somewhere else. Someone said LinkedIn. We have FB marketplace contacts we want to talk to (it’s from a personal FB account so won’t go into the CRM). We also have walk in traffic that we do not have number or email for but still are working them at the physical store
