For the true sales people that use GHL this would be groundbreaking. Think how simple it would be to record a note verbally instead of typing notes on a phone in the car. The NOTES listings woould display both text and audio notes. The audio notes would have a play button to listen. To really hit the ball out of the park and ai could trancribe the notes too. But the recording is the ticket.
