Ability to NOT create contacts from inbound (spam) emails

If an inbound email or phone call comes from an unknown contact - need ability to NOT create a contact.
Getting so much spam cluttering up our clients highlevel and need to not create contacts for these - its confusing and looks bad.
Need a switch that says do not create contacts for unknown inbound emails and phone calls.

It feels as if there is some default catch-all implementation. The spam contacts that come in are emailing an email address that does not exist. So even if its asdf@domain.com, the contact is still created. Terrible that I cannot control this.

This is something that certainly needs to be addressed. We get a lot of both FB/IG messages as well as spam calls that add crazy amounts of no name contacts and phone numbers. It would be nice if in the conversation view they could be separated a bit unless they are already a contact.

Terrible amount of spam emails/contacts getting pulled into the contact list.
I believe it's coming from the Facebook Messenger when our client is connected with the Facebook Integration.
Since we generate new contacts/leads through our survey & funnel, we don't need contacts from elsewhere.

since we are an agency and generating leads for our clients via ads, if an email address is not already existing in a contact then its spam
