Currently, the system sends the Welcome Email, Login Email, Reset Password Email, and Verification Code Email using the agency default templates and branding. We would like to request a feature that allows the ability to send these emails from the subaccount with the subaccount’s specific email template and branding.

These emails should reflect the subaccount’s name, logo, colors, and branding rather than the agency’s default template and branding.

This feature will provide a more personalized experience for users added to subaccounts and will help businesses maintain consistent branding across their communications, improving the user experience and keeping each subaccount’s branding consistent throughout.
